Need some help with monitoring vulnerabilities

I have been asked by management to monitor vulnerabilities on our Cisco Call Manager, Unity, and Contact Center systems.  This would include software updates.  Can anyone recommend some links or and methods they use? RSS feeds would be great, or any kind of matrix documents.
