Need to upgrade CUCM 10.5 to 12.5

Hi,

Existing IOS file - Bootable_UCSInstall_UCOS_10.5.2.10000-5.sgn

Need to update file- Bootable_UCSInstall_UCOS_12.5.1.10000-22.sgn

when I upgrade IOS in CUCM OS administrator, it shows error.Please find the error in below.

Is there anything to do to fix this issue? please help.

You don’t need the bootable file for upgrades, however you need to install a COP file to add new signing key for the new file names. Also IOS is the operating system in router and switches, the OS in collaboration systems are named CVOS.

Please go ready the upgrade guide and release notes! That’s an especially large jump that may require other changes to have a supported/stable system afterward.
