I Need To Upgrade From Cisco Call Manager 8.5 to 10.x
What I need To Use & what is the steps to do this Upgrade ?

Hi,
you need to go for Virtualization on CUCM 10.x, if not using .
You can either use PCD for migration
or refer the discussion https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/12449106/cucm-85-105-refresh-upgrade
You need to place the order through PUT to get the CUCM bootable/PCD.

I Have a Physical server "IBM system x3650 m3" installed CUCM 8.5 On it
what i need to buy to make this upgrade to CUCM 10.x & from where i can buy , and what is the steps ?

You can opt for BE6000[if users are less than 1000] or BE7K for 1000+users.
For BE7K, UCS C 240 and UCS C220 for BE6K solution .Both the servers come pre-installed with applications.
You should get in touch with Cisco Partner for more details.

You need to change the Hardware and go for virtualization.
