Network Load Balancer for TCS & TMS

I am looking for details that one should consider in finalizing a network load balancer for the TMS redundancy & TCS clustering.  What is the network throughput required considering both TCS & TMS redundancy.  I am looking for this information urgently.  Appreciate any help on this.  Thanks.
