No Conversation Style Options - Unity 4.2

My collegues are installing a Unity 4.2 UM Exchange with Failover. As the users are migrating from Octel we want to activate Optional Conversation 1.

In both the template and subscriber Conversation pages there are no options in the drop down (screen shot attached)

Can anyone think why this may be the case?

Thanks,

Justin

looks like maybe the database is not well - was this an upgrade? If you pop open the Data Link Explorer found in tools depot or Enterprise Manager if installed, do you see a "Conversation" table in UnityDB? If so, what's in there? You should see 8 or 9 rows that define the conversation options you should see in the drop down there.

Also, what language is this setup for? The actual display names show up in the LocalizedTExt table in UnityDB - it's possible the language code it setup for is not in there (1033=english, 1031 = UK etc...) and that's why it's blank.

In a pinch you can also use BulkEdit to set this while you're running down why the SA is not displaying the list properly.

Justin,

Did you get a fix for this? I have the same problem?

In SA page under System, Configuration, GUI languages we changed the loaded language to English US and changed it to default language loaded(we had UK originally) and the conversation styles reappered...Jeff
