I'm trying uninstall the unity 4.0(3) but it's stop on the first step that "Removing custom properties from mail users in Exchange directory".
- No event log encountered
- the progress bar is moving extremely slow
- the Unity Uninstaller application show as "Not Responding" in the task manager.
Any workaround to force uninstall the Unity application?

Just as an aside here - you probably left a number of users in your directory "tagged" with Unity properties so if/when you go to import them into another Unity server you install they wont show up for import. You'll have to use the Remove Subscriber Properties tool on those users when you want to import them.
Also, yes - removing properties on standing objects can be slow - it depends on the connection to the domain controller(s) in question. And Windows will very often report a tool that is busy is "not responding" - you can never trust that as an indication that the tool is locked. The progress bar is moving, it is working and Uninstall will eventually finish.
