When connected directly to network (office), IPC works fine with no problems however when using AnyConnect from home office, unable to get audio to work.
Firewall issue? looking for suggestions...

It not a firewall issue, tried adding AnyConnect to firewall exceptions in XP with no luck.
AnyConnect version 3.0.3050
IP Communicator version 7.0.4.0
O/S is Windows XP
IPC works fine with other VPN clients, also works when directly connected to network. Issue seems to be with AnyConnect but have no idea what to check.

Hi,
Please also review the document < How Cisco IP Communicator Obtains an Audio IP Address with a VPN>:
Also you can change the settings from "Detect Automatically" to "Use this adapter(VPN) 's IP Address" to work around this.
