We're running Unity 4.0(3). I can make subscriber changes if I open the SA from the server console, but when I open SA from my workstation some of the options are grayed out even though I'm an administrator. Recorded voice, set subscriber for enrollment, list in phone directory, and show subscriber in email phonebook are all grayed out. I didn't have this problem with 2.4.6.

I'll assume you are logging into both Unity and your PC with the same account.
Open Internet Options (either from Control Panel of from IE->Tools), click on Delete Cookies, and Delete Files.
