Dears,
When i am trying to install subcriber it gives me NTP error as attached. I added Subcriber node in Publisher first. Activated services on Pub. Also the NTP is accessible on Pub.
We have configured DNS during installation but records are not entered in DNS Server. Could it be the possible reason?
Please guide me
Thanks

Hi Mohsin,
output shows NTP is unsynchronised.
10.64.42.114 is showing inaccesible.
can u try restarting utils ntp restart from CLI of PUB?

Absolutely. If you enable DNS on the mode then all nodes in the cluster must be forward (A) and re see (PTR) resolvable.

Hi Mohsin,
CUCM version used is 8.5.1
the snapshot attached shows NTP server is not reachable from first server[PUB].
from CLI, run the command utils ntp status and share the output.
you can refer the similar discussion in past but CUCM version is different

Thanks,
As per above "utils ntp status" client provided different ntp servers which were accessible through OS Admin Page but not not synchronizable and client's devices were not under our control to setup ntp on core switch or voice gateway.
Later on they provided NTP from on of the Interface vlan 100 (10.64.100.1) was accessible and synchronized. Everything is good to go.
It was pure unsynchronized ntp problem even it was accessible.
Thanks again
