Original Cisco Background image on IP 7970 re-appears after upgrade.

                   When we upgraded CUCM from 8.0 to 8.6, around 10 out of 1200+ IP 7970s booted up with the original cisco bluish wallpaper background image. The rest retained the custom image that we need on our phones. Investigations uncovered no exceptions specific to the 10 phones that displayed the original Cisco background image. Does anyone know why this would happen to some phones and not others?

Are you sure these phone are already updated? There's not apparently a reason known reason...
