Outbound dial patterns for Costa Rica

I am in the research stages of setting up a site in Costa Rica, but am based in the USA.  I am trying to figure out what the outbound dialing patterns should be.  I have found that there may be patterns that are three digits (in addition to 911), four digits, 8 digits, and 10 digits.

Has anyone had experience with setting up the outbound dialing patterns for Costa Rica?

Are there any resources that someone could recommend to help determine what the dialing patterns should be?

We are currently using Call Manager 9.1.2.

Have you googled "Costa Rica dial plan"??

Most of the time you'll find some resource with that kind of info on the web.

I did search Google and did not find very much.  I was able to find some information at www.itu.int about Costa Rica.  However, the information is raw and not suited to resolving this issue.

I was hoping to find someone who has put a phone system in CR to provide guidance or a resource that would help.
