I'll try to spare you all for details and hope these few information would be enough to get to the solution.
We've replaced an old Panasonic phone system with a CUCM and now we are having issues to get our PA/GA system integrated into CUCM. Old Panasonic system had PA/GA connected to the MCSLC board (SLT) and it worked fine.
We moved PA/GA from Panasonic system to the FXS board (ISR 4351) and when assigned number is called from Cisco IP phone (CUCM), PA/GA system gets a signal for a second but doesn't hold (latching missing).
On Panasonic system there was a "Data mode" switched ON only for PA/GA extensions while for the rest of extension it was OFF (if that information helps)
