I have setup a Parallel Hunt Group which has 5 members and a final destination (of which is the auto attendant).
Right now, the Time is set to 19 which allows it to ring 3 times before it hits the final destination. I have been trying to increase it up to 5 rings before it hits final destination but regardless of what I set the Timeout to, it will only ring 3 times. How can I increase up to 5?

Hi James,
If this is a pre-CME 8.5 config you may be hitting this restriction;
In Cisco Unified CME 8.5 and later versions, when call forward no answer (CFNA) command is configured in a voice hunt group, you are not required to set a timeout value for voice hunt group member and the call forward no answer timer is ignored.
In earlier version of Cisco Unified CME, if call forward no answer was configured for a voice hunt group member, you were required to set the value of timeout command. The timeout value was required to be less than the timeout value of the call-forward no answer command.
Cheers!

Hi James,
Exactly You'll have to crank up the CFNA time on the member phones
before you change the "Timeouts".
Cheers!

I am running CME 8.0. What do I need to do specifically to fix this? Does this mean that I need to increase the cfna time on the member to allow me to increase the timeout?
