In Cisco Unified Business Attendant Console version 8.6.1.9 the standard parked calls can only be picked up by other AC users. How does an operator park a call so that non-AC users can pick it up?

Any user (assuming it's in their CSS) can call the number of the CTI port to pick up the call.
