Good afternoon,
I noticed in my enviroment we have 62 lisences for "Cisco Unity Subscriber - Unity inbox". Does this give the ability to allow users get voicemail in their email? If so are there any documentation on how to implement this? Ive looked around but im coming up empty
Running Unity 5.0(1) and Exchange 2007 SP3
Thanks!

Hi there,
It's actually web access to VM
Cisco Unity Inbox (Visual Messaging Interface)
Check this check box to allow subscribers who are assigned to this COS to use the Cisco Unity Inbox, which is a licensed feature. Note that when you give a COS access to a licensed feature, it can be important to track the number of subscribers who are assigned to the COS.
To confirm that the number of subscribers does not exceed the number of licenses, see the System > Licensing > License Counts page.

Access to the Cisco Unity Inbox is provided through the Cisco Personal Communications Assistant (PCA) website.

Hope this helps!

Thanks Rob, so this just to clarify this allows voicemail to be dumped into a users outlook mailbox so they can listen to their voicemails on their computer?
