My organization has two unity servers (4.2 and 5.0) which are digitally networked. The plan is to move users via GSM. I was able to test in the lab and the move itself takes place without any hitches but the password gets reset to the destination servers subscriber template everytime. My understanding is the old password should move over to the new server as long as it was done via TUI. How do I do the move while keeping the old password? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
