I am doing a new installation of Unity (ver 4.0(4)) and I am to the point of running UTIM to do the integration, but the PBX integration is greyed out. Is there a way to get the integration recognized, or is there an issue with the Dialogic Voiceboard I have? Just wondering if anyone has experienced this before.

If it doesn't see the Dialogic drivers installed and running it wont offer the option - looks like the Dialogic install didn't go through properly.
