PCA 10.5 NBI Documentaion

Hi Guys,

 

I am trying to access the NBI documentation by using the link http://<PCA ipaddr>/emsam/nbi/nbiDocumentation. I am logged in as globaladmin, but nothing loads on the page. I have tried this with compatible browsers IE9 and Firefox 24 ESR. Can you kindly let me know what could be the issue and how i can access the NBI Documentation content.

 

Note: I have deployed PCA version 10.5.1 in MSP mode and it is running in Evaluation license(60 Days).

Hi Rohith,

I was going through the Documentation which talks about

You need to log in to the Prime Collaboration Assurance server as a user with admin privileges to access the NBI documentation.

can u try using admin as username and check?

I have mentioned in my previous post that i have logged in as "globaladmin" which has admin privileges to PCA. but still no luck.

Suggest opening TAC case if it is critical else can wait if someone replies.
