In the Installation doc, it states:

Logon to Unity with acct that:

a. Domain Admin group

b. right to act as OS, etc..

what is recommended? Do they create a test acct or use the UnityInstall or UnityAdmin acct and then modify the acct to the requirements?

I believe that most customers use an existing account with those privileges. There isn't an office Cisco recommendation but I wouldn't personally use the UnityInstall or UnityAdmin account.
