Personal Communicator Problems

I have Integration between CUCM and CUPS.

I have downloaded the Personal Cmmunicator and get to work but i ahave the below issue:

CUPC is not registering with the CUPS for some reason the CUPC keeps trying to connect/register with the CUPS.

Attached is a snap shot of the Personal Communicator Health Check.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Hi Karam,

From the snapshot I can see that there are at least two missing configs:

1) Presence is not connected: This is due because the Proxy domain was not set

2) LDAP server is not configured.

I would advise to follow the step by step guide from the following link:

I have done all the steps before with a document that i found on Cisco Website and i conformed the same with the document that you have sent me.

For some odd reason i have an Alert (As per the attached) on the Cisco Unified Presence Administration Page, but when I run the System Troubleshooter under  SIP Proxy section the outcome is successful. Any more ideas on this will be highly appreciated.

I have attached a full snap shot of the System Troubleshooter for another 2 errors that i have also.
