I'm having an issue where a single user out of 1000 can't sign onto their presence client. Everything is set up the same for all users. The CUPS is integrated with AD and all settings are the same for this user as they are for all others. I can log into Personal Communicator on the users machine with my login credentials but can't log in on any machine with the users credentials. The user is able to log into and use everything else that's tied to AD (Callmanager CCMUSER page etc...)

What is the error?
did you tried to change user's pwd?

The error is "invalid username or password"
I have changed the password in AD and did a resync with Callmanager 7.1(3)
I also deleted everything to do with presence for the user in Callmanager and CUPS and reconfigured it all back just the way I do all other users

how many characters the login/password has?
does it have any special character?

It has the proper credentials to log onto our domain - a capital letter and at least one number. It's 8 characters in length
