phone not resrting and confguration changes are not applying

When the phones are registered in subscriber , configuration restart and not applying 

cucm 11.5

From what I know using a Windows NTP server is not supported. The reason being is that Microsoft does not follow the standard for the NTP protocol for their implementation of NTP server.

Hi,

Did you first removed the old one?

utils ntp server delete

and select which you want to remove.

Ntp service should automatically restrart after server deletion.

yes I did this , but after restarting  ntp service still showing old ntp server
