Phone rejected in registration from a supercopy

I have a situation I utilize Supercopy for replacing like phones when needed.  Currently, the new phone shows up rejected in Call Manager once it reboots.  I can deleted the rejected phone and it will auto register as expected.  I can then manually configure it to match the phone I want to replace.  This worked up until recently.  I had this happen once in the past but do not remember what the fix was.

 

Can anyone provide a solution or point me in the right directions?  I am running Call Manager 11.5.1

The syslog may explain. This is usually due to the “super copy” being the wrong model. It also leaves the old device record which you need to clean up. I don’t know CAPF that well but that would be my other guess , if you show it working under auto registration.
