Phone View with Unity Conn 8.5

I’m running CM 8.5.1.10000-10 & UConn 8.5.1TT5.10000-3TT5.

I’m trying to get phone view to work in an environment with mostly 7975 & 7960 phones.

The features been configured per Chapter 31 of the System Administration Guide for Cisco Unity Conn 8.x

I’ve also consulted the troubleshooting guide which has the same directions verbatim with the addition of a check on an phone URL enterprise parameter.

When the users check VM they don’t get the option for phone view.

The phones have been rebooted and all other VM and Auto Attend features work correctly.

Any ideas of about next steps would be appreciated…

Phone View has support for only limited models of phones (and yours aren't listed):

I would personally suggest Visual Voicemail, as it supports more models of phones, and has more features:

I now the list of supported phones is pretty narrow.

Visual VM is definitly the way to go.
