I recommend you also post your question to the Cisco Support Community for additional feedback. You can find a number of similar posts about migrating CUCM, as well as advice from Cisco experts and customers there.

Hi there,
I have wrote couple of posts on upgrades. In four case make sure you first add the cop file for the Refresh Upgrade to your UC instances before you load the actual upgrade file.
