There isn’t a native feature for this. Options that I can think of:
- Set a busy greeting on that user’s CUC mailbox.
- Set CFB on the user’s DN to something that would play a greeting. A CUC Call Handler could do it - but you’d likely need to use a Forward Routing Rule to preempt the normal Leave Message conversation. A CCX/IPIVR Application is another option, if you have it.
PS- CUCM is way past its end of support date and has known vulnerabilities. You really need to be planning an upgrade to version 15 or considering a migration to Webex Calling.
