Hi all,
we got our self's in deep sh...
In our company we got new policy and new DNS naming scheme, now the PLM is no longer able to reach Unity Connection on host name, and Unity is in error license state, not accepting any calls :(
I've tried to remove and add Product instance (for Unity connection) from PLM, delete vas successful.
but ADD is not going trough, with following error massage: "The Product instance at the hostname/IP address has already been configured on this Cisco Prime License Manager."
Before removing Product instance, I've tried Editing but IP address / hostname field was greyed out.
Any suggestions what to do with this!?

Hi,
try the command from CLI of unity connection,
license management product re-register all

Hi BR,
Go to the CLI of the unity server and run 'license client reset registration'
Then Add them back to PLM.
