Polycom IP 6000 will not Register with CUCM 10.5

Recently got a Polycom IP 6000 Conference Phone and having issues registering it with CUCM 10.5. Doubled checked the instructions supplied by Polycom, but phones does not register with CUCM. Created security profile, cucm user and can also log directly into phone to add cucm IP, SIP port etc.

Phone does get a local IP on my network and are able to log into Polycom to finish configuration steps.

Few errors that stand out from phone logs.

1017152715|sip |4|03|Registration failed User: 55522, Error Code:404 Not Found
1017152720|sip |*|03|User removed
1017152725|copy |4|03|Configuration of URL failed

Any advice on adding these phones to call manager 10.5?

Here's a few thoughts:

1. Did you create a digest user for the phone?

2. Did you associate an extension to the phone?

3. Did you set the digest user under the user management in CUCM?

4. Did you set the Primary Extension field in CUCM?
