As the topid said, I have a problem with the HA.
here is the error that I have :
In the cluster topology
From the PUBLISHER I SEE :

Still in the cluster topoligy
From the Subscriber I SEE :
Verify Application Server Entry |
|
==============================================
Both Presence are in the CUCM Application server list ( IP address ).
Also,
From presence server, When I am trying to change an unassigned user to a specific Presence Pub or Sub here is there error I have :
Error: users can not be assigned to the node CUP while it is in an invalid high availability state.
note : the database replication seems to be OK : Status of 2 for both

Hi Phillipe could you solve this problem? We have the same issue here with 8.5.4

Restart the Server recovery manager service on the presence publisher
2 )
Wait until service is up
3 )
Restart the server recovery manager service on the presence subscriber
4 )
wait until service is up
If you still have the problem..
5 )
Disable the HA ( as far I remember, there is a check box to disable it )
6 )
Then Reboot the servers
(starting with the Publisher,
7 )
wait until this server is completely up and running
8 )
Restart the Sub
9 )
wait until this server is completely up and running
10 )
Then re-enable HA
11 )
Wait, it will probably automaticly rebuilt and takes somes times to fix everything,,,
