Hi All
I use the Presence server and Unified personal as client application. When I connect on 3G via VPN to connected to Presence Server, I dont get the both way speech when making a call, I tried to change the codec it doesnt help. Is there anyoe knows how to resolved this issue?

Verify if you have IP routing enable between the VPN and the voice network.
Verify in your firewall if you have all ports allowed on the firewall, see the link below:

All ports are open on the firewall and it is still not working. any other further troubleshooting?
