Hi,
I'm having a problem with Presence status in CUPC. User status doesn't change if they're on the phone or if they're receiving a call. I've associated all users with their DNs, but I'm still not having any joy. Any assistance would be appreciated.
Kind regards,
Sechaba Mokoena

If you're going through a firewall such as a PIX or FWSM, make sure to disable sip inspection. The SIP packets are too large for the firewall to translate properly.
