Hi guys,
Due to legal requirement, my costumer wants that callers calling only to a couple of phones hear a previous message saying somthing like "your call will be recorded". This will apply ONLY in 2 deskphones. How can I configure this in Call Manager or Cisco Unity? I have both. Thanks
Regards,
Nacho

You would need to send the call to CUC to a call handler with such greeting, then configure it to be transferred to the user.

HI Nacho,
Apart from what Jaime suggested ,another way we can do this is use queuing method in Hunt pilot.(Only 9.0 onwards )
1 )Create Line group with these two desk phones and associate to hunt list.
2) Create a hunt pilot and associate to hunt pilot.
3) In hunt pilot configure queued option and set the MOH audio source in "Network Hold MOH Source & Announcements" box.
So whatever audio wave file you select make sure you select initial announcement and set the audio source wave file with msg " your call will be recorded for monitoring purpose".
Thanks

I am running 8.6 so this option is not present as you said. I can´t find Network Hold MOH Source & Announcements" box. Thanks anyway.

Jaime...trying to do you said me without success. To send the call to CUC I did the following:
1. Created a hunt pilot 2800 with route partition and hunt list linked to CUC.
2. Created a system call handler and recorded a personal greeting in "standard greeting". Inside that "standard greeting", option "callers hear" is "my personal recording" marked and option "after greeting" -> Call Action -> route from next call routing rule.
3. In CUC created a direct routing rule with dialed number 2800.
4. In system call handler created, in transfer rules (standard), transfer action -> transfer calls to -> extension 2801. I put this extension (2801) in my softphone and when I call 2800 from my mobile, the call is transferred to 2801 but without my personal greeting before.
What I am doing wrong? Thanks

If you don't reach 2800 then you need to start by looking at basic call routing, is the CSS OK, significant digits, etc.
You might be hitting something else.
