Prime Collaboration 10.6 requirements

Hi All,

I have a question relating to Prime Collaboration 10.6.

I have installed Prime Collaboration 10.6 with ADVANCED LICENSE installed, for one of my customers.

My requirement is to have an email alert whenever any of the IP Phones is unplugged / unregistered.

Also, I need to export / print the topology view from Cisco PCA.

Please suggest if it is possible to achieve these with PCA 10.6.

Yes, it is possible to configure notifications and to get the topology view using PCA

Accessing the Unified CM or VCS Cluster Topology

To access the Unified CM Topology View, choose Home > OpsView. Click on a Unified CM cluster name, and then go to the Topology tab.

To access the VCS Topology View, choose Home > OpsView. Click on a VCS cluster.

You can also view the Topology tab from Device 360 View of Unified CM or VCS. Click the Cluster ID value in the Device 360 View. This launches the Cluster View page for that cluster. Now click Topology to launch the Topology View.
