Hello,
I'm trying to deploy Cisco Prime Collaboration Assurance 9.0. After deployment done when it is starting services there is an stuck on them and there is no luck to start all needed services. I've tryed to stop/start application "cpcm" but there is no changes...

I tryed to redeploy VM but situation is the same.

Solved it by redeploy to ESXi 5.0 instead 5.1.

this is not an option on the BE6K so how do you solve the issue?

hi,
Apologies for the deplayed response. This usually happens when the initial configuration of IP address/Gateway/Mask/NTP/DNS etc is not done correctly. Please do check the details you entered during installation if a restart of the VM would not fix the issue.
