Prime Provisioning upgrade issue

Hello. I'm trying to upgrade Prime Provisioning database and application server from 10.6 to 11.0. When I start the upgrade I get error "Order is in progress, could not to the upgrade". 

How do I view and delete all active orders so I can do the upgrade?

Hi,

You should collect the show tech logs from PCP as explained in the following link

If there is any order in progress or orders failed due to error, please clear those orders and try upgrade again.
