The problem is when we CallForward all calls ( CFwdALL ) on a particular IP Phone to Unity, outside calls doesn't hear the usual Unity greeting or basically it seems that it doesn't reach Unity as the outside caller hears an error message from the telco itself.
Internal calls are just fine and can leave message as usual .
I am not sure if CallManager or Unity is to blame for this .
Checking the CallManager trace I did find something that seems related but not sure

Anybody who had the same experience . We have restarted the IP Phone and it seems not doing any help. We recreated the subscriber account in Unity but to no luck.
Please advise.

Does the CSS on the gateway include a partition with the Unity port extensions?

I am having this problem also I check the CSS for the ateway and yes the voicemail piolt is in it
