Hello,
I have a cucm version 11.0.1.20000-2 , with ip phone 7861(firmware sip78xx.11-0-1-11) registred in this version.
the problem is the ip phone is very slow .
I verified their informations ethernet and port , i found That these values are very high.
Here are attached images for this problem.
Can you help me please

The GUI??
The dial tone??
A service??

You want to try different FW versions and see if that fixes the issue
Is this a single phone, or all phones on that model with that FW?

All IP phones in this version 7861(firmware sip78xx.11-0-1-11), Is done in a random way.
Are not simultaneous.

What HARDWARE version are your phones? There are known issues with slow behavior on rel 1 & 2 hardware which are not able to replicate on rel 3 and later hardware. I've never seen a formal document on this, but have spent months on TAC cases related to this behavior starting in 2014, and my TAC engineer was able to verify that this is a fact.

When I restart the iPhone with this problem,

A quick restart will work but after 2-3 week, trouble came back...
