problem with cue and ccm

Hello

How configuring the ccm (version 7.1.5) with the cue (version 7.1) ? The cue is installing to 2911 with ISM-SRE. The test Web login and JTAPI login are successfull but impossible to import the users. Thanks for response.

Hi,

Make sure the end user in the CUCM has an extension assigned to it. A phone can be associated with the Device Association hyperlink after the user has been added on the CUCM. Make sure this has been done. The primary entension of the end user should be assigned appropriately.
