I'm using the Cisco UC sizing tool for the first time (installed on laptop)
It appears that I am unable to save my design - I get an error message "XML Output file could not be opened for writing"
Looking through the embedded FAQ in the Szing Tool, it suggests that files are saved to a folder called "MySavedSolutions". A folder by this name does exist in Program Files\Cisco Systems\Sizing Tool\Solutions.
The Export to PDF options which appears in the Solution Sizing Summary part of the tool also fails.
Any ideas please?
Thanks
Paul
