Product ID for VMware "Cisco UC Virt. Foundation" v6.x

Hi,

We have a couple of installations where the customer originally purchase the Cisco OEM VMware product "UC Foundation" (R-VMW-UC-FND5-K), but since then have upgraded to ESXi 6 under their Cisco SWSS support contracts.

What I'm struggling to find is the correct part for service purposes, so that I can get Customer Services to change the identities in the support contracts.  Otherwise v5 is going end of support later this year.

It looks as if Cisco no longer sells this particular edition so I can't just go by the product ID we would use for a new order.

Has anyone gone through this?

Hi Tony,

The new product ID for foundation license is VMW-VS6-FND-K9. You need to use this one for renewal.

That's great thanks.  My renewal was pulling through the parts from the upgrade S/O and that was coming up with a silly price.
