Dear All,
SIP trunk integration exists between 3rd Party PABX and CUCM. The requirement is that 3Party PABX registered phones in the locally should use CUCM SIP TRUNK & Voice Gateway to make PSTN calls. Will this be possible? The route pattern needs to managed on other end?
Call Flow Phones--->3rdPartyPABX--->SIPTRUNK-->CUCM-->VG--->PSTN.

Yes, that's possible.
Call routing needs to be done on the PABX and then CUCM

@b.winterCould you share from CUCM end apart from SIP trunk configuration, any additional config required?

There is not "standard" config, that fits for all connections to different systems. Just configure the SIP trunk with standard settings.
If you have any problems of interworking between CUCM and PABX, you have to talk with the guy, who manages the PABX and then you two need to solve the issue.
