Purchasing new SWSS for CUCM 9.x then upgrading to 11.x

Hi folks,

 

     Our SWSS or SmartNet subscription have already lapsed, we're planning to get a SWSS renewal for the system and the users. I'm pretty sure that there are still  CUCM v9.x Smartnet SKUs. Can we just renew SKUs and maybe perform any upgrades later?

I am not sure if you can renew something that has expired.  That would be the real question.  Pretty sure that would be considered a adding a new contract.
