so we have 10 digit extensions, that match our DIDs.  we have a person who only wants incoming calls that dial the DID (outside the organization) to pass through to his single number reach configuration.  Is this doable?

You can try with an ACL that matches only your internal dial plan

how would i do this in call manager?

Create the allow ACL that adjusts to your dial plan, then apply to that remote destination.

i guess i am failing to understand how this would work.  i see the ACL options, and i am looking at it, but i guess i dont understand how this is supposed to work?

edit -  you mean the feature - "call routing -> class of control -> Access List right?

Go the remote destination page, click on the one you're interested in, and see at the bottom of that page.

i see what you are talking about.  so if i want to block 4 digit internal calls to the extension on SNR.  i tried a block xxxx statement, and that didnt work.  any thoughts on what kind of statement that would be?

Again, that will depend entirely on your dial plan, use help -> this page while on the acl config page for examples.
