questions about BE6000

I'm looking for options for a UC system.

calling, voicemail, voicemail to email, all basic features, so cucm + unity connection for sure;

less than 20 users/phones;

sip trunking with carrier.

Since the client already have an ESXi host, can I get them be6000 without hardware server box?

If i have to go with all in one be6000 box, what part number is recommended? for the licensing, too

BE6k for less 20 users is a overkill IMO. You might need to look into BE4000 or a IOS router running CUCME. For VM etc, you can look into Unity Express. Can run it on VM.

No, a 6K is a HW/SW bundle as it runs on specific TRCs

If you have a host that meets the specs to deploy CUCM + CUC + anything else you want, you can deploy it there, but you'll buy regular CUCM licenses, you cannot buy 6K licensing.

If you're a partner, reach out to pre-sales or review the ordering guide for currently shipping models for 6K.

If you're not a partner, you'll need to reach a Cisco partner, preferably one who holds UC specializations for this.
