Hi
We are currently running CUPS version 6, CUCM version 6.1.3 with MOC 2007 and have discovered that remote call control always activates the Intercom button as opposed to the actual line number when an intercom button is added to a phone. Has anyone else experienced this or know of a fix. We have 2 offices that heavily utilize the intercom button and click to call from contacts is no longer an option for them.
I understand CUCIMOC does not have this problem but we don't have the money to purchase clients. We are looking to upgrade shortly to CUCM 7.1 and CUPS 7 as well. Not sure if a fix is found in those versions either.

I guess you didn't specify the partition in the line URI? (in Active Directory)
The format is as below:
tel:xxxx;phone-context=dialstring;device=SEP0002FD3BB5C5;partition=myPartition

Hi htluo,
did you tested with extension mobility user profile ?
currently Im on test RCC+Extention Mobility w/ Intercom.
on debugging presence there are info : "user has multiple lines, but has yet selected one" and FAIL AUTHORIZED
Do you know how to fix this once ?
