Recover Deleted User's Voicemails in Unity Connection 1.2?

      Is there any way to recover a deleted user's voicemails in unity connection 1.2?  I'am guessing no.  Thanks

Hi Jason,

If your system's Message Aging Policy is configured to retain messages for X amount of time, the users will have the option to restore deleted messages over the phone.  Otherwise, they're gone for good.

     So I would have to recreate the voicemail box and then the option will be there to restore deleted messages?  See I deleted the user completely.  So there is no mailbox to login anymore to restore messages into.  Thanks

Jason,

If the user has been deleted, re-creating the user will create a fresh mailbox.  So the messages are definitely gone in this scenario.
