Redirect internal DN to external DN

Greetings,

How can I set up the following:

Internal call to internal #9999 -> redirect to external +7 7272 009999 Call cost at our expence

External call  to internal #9999 -> redirect to external +7 7272 009999 Call cost at caller A's expence

You should start by mentioning if this is CUCM or CME?? In any case, a simple translation pattern/rule would suffice for the call routing.

For your second scenario, you would need to ask your telco if they support 

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Two_B_Channel_Transfer

And ask them who they would charge on that scenario, as I'm not sure if that would go to caller A, or you.

If they don't support it, then you'll use two channels, and you're going to be charged for the call.
