Our customer would like to remove the "are you still there" prompt while the Auto Attendant is waiting for caller’s input of choice but timed out.And they also want that the call will actively disconnect when the caller input an unkown number or the caller do not input any number in the middle of the conversation after 5s time out ,other than replay the Greetings and wait for caller input again.

You can try to change the timers or count to value 0 within step Menu, I do not remember if the value of default is 3, change to 0, save,update and test again

Thx,I've changed the maxtries to value 0.The default value is 3. And I set a terminate in the timeout and unseccessful step,may it works.
