renew CAPF cert on AnyConnect phones

I installed CAPF cert on 7900 and 8800 phones while they were inside the corporate LAN and then sent them out to remote locations to connect to CUCM via ASA/AnyConnect.  What happens when my CUCM CAPF cert expires and I renew?  Will I be able to push out the renewed CAPF via AnyConnect?
