We have a Unity 4.0(4) voicemail system for about 150 phone users.
These users call the Unity pilot number from outside office to access their voicemail messages.
However, when calling the Unity pilot number, the default greeting is
" Welcome to Unity messaging system, ... ... , For a directory of assistance, press 4"
Could we replace this default greeting message with our own recorded message ?
Instead of the default message, we would like to record a message informing callers to press + key, then press his phone extension and #, followed by the password and #.
Any advice ?
Our CallManager software version is
4.1(3).

On SaWeb, go to Call Handlers, select Opening Greeting. On the Profile page, there is an option for Recorded voice. On the down-arrow button, select "copy to file" to have a backup copy.
Record a new message using the red-button.

If you don't want it to say SORRY then your greeting, go the the greetings (standard) and record it there. I just figured this one out myself.
